Terms of use

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms describe use of Morning Brief and its information website, operated by CrazyBlond LLC.

Intended use

Morning Brief is a private planning tool for its owner. This website describes the app and provides its privacy policy and terms. It does not offer public accounts, paid subscriptions, or access to the owner’s dashboard.

Connected accounts

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Google access is optional and requires consent through Google. Google’s own service terms also apply. You can revoke the app’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Updates and accuracy

Automatic checks require the local app to be running and the computer to be awake. Network failures, service limits, or expired authorization can delay updates. Saved records may therefore be out of date.

The email feed is a limited list of recent unread inbox candidates, not a complete inbox audit or a determination that a reply is required. A sale alert does not confirm an order’s current production or shipping status. Verify appointments, messages, deadlines, and order status in the original services before acting.

Privacy and responsibility

Google data handling is described in the privacy policy. The owner is responsible for protecting the computer and controlling access, backups, and sync for the local workspace. Do not use the app to access another person’s accounts without authorization.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or complete results. Features may change or stop working when connected services change. This does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
